Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your studio and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register. Accounts may not be shared between separate businesses.

Use the workspace for legitimate business operations only. Do not attempt to access records belonging to another studio, probe or circumvent access controls, upload unlawful material, or resell access to the platform without written agreement.

You retain ownership of the records you enter. We store and process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your records at any time.

Private portal links you generate grant access to whoever holds them. Share them only with the intended client, and revoke a link as soon as it is no longer needed.

We work to keep the service available and dependable, but it is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Keep independent copies of anything business critical.

These terms may be updated as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the app. You may close your studio at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
