What we collect

We collect the account details you provide when you create a studio — your name, email address and business name — along with the operational records you enter: clients, leads, events, proposals, invoices, staffing, recipes, inventory and uploaded files.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate the workspace for you: rendering your dashboard, generating proposals and production lists, and powering the client portal you choose to share. We do not sell your data or your clients’ data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Records are scoped to your studio. Database access rules are enforced on the server for every request, so members of one studio can never read or modify records belonging to another. Client portals expose only the specific event you enable, through a private link you control and can revoke at any time.

Files and media

Photos, contracts and documents are held in private storage. They are never publicly browsable; previews are served through short-lived signed links to members of the owning studio.

Retention and deletion

Your records are kept for as long as your studio account is active. You may delete individual records at any time, or request full deletion of your studio and its data by contacting us.
